Khair Ull Nissa Sheikh

Khair holds a Master’s degree from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. She is a Certified Novell Engineer (CNE). Khair represent India on the Global World Trade Association Board. She has been awarded Women ICON Awards of 2021. She is Presently working as a Executive Director of World Trade Center India Services council.

She holds the merit of being a member of the Global Board of WTCA where she is serving Serving as vital member of different WTCA committees like: Digital Steering, APAC Trade Services, Executive Steering, Real Estate, Business Club, EMEA Trade Services. Currently she is working in partnership with central government various state government and its investment agencies of Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana & Andhra Pradesh and Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Government of India for fostering investments in the region and strengthening trade relations with other countries.

In her role, Khair engages business leaders, government, Professionals around the world to promote India for business trade and Investment. She regularly works with Trade Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Agencies to promote Trade and Investment. She works closely with Govt. of various states on policies related with Employability, Bilateral Trade between countries and state, fostering investments, cluster development and building destinations as business magnets. She is a flag bearer for women empowerment & entrepreneurship, with the Government of India and state Government of Uttar Pradesh. She has helped facilitate the growth of women entrepreneur.

Khair is a firm believer in the creation of an entrepreneurial ecosystem and creating livelihood opportunities; for women entrepreneur she has dedicated a significant amount of time for the cause in the past decade and has committed towards capitalising this transformational point and support the growth objectives in India & globally. Augmenting two pivotal Government of India initiatives-Startup India and Standup India, Ms. Khair has been in the forefront for supporting and nurturing Startups and Women Entrepreneurs with strategic planning and industry linkages in the country.
